Dear
Mr Barton
FSAVC
Review et a!.
Thank
you for your letter of 9th June which shows a number of inaccuraces.
I did not apply for cancellatiion, you imposed it because of my state of
health. There was, on cancellation, a change of relationship. After all,
cancellation as a word is an absolute, it is not conditional. Were it
conditional I would expect some sort of continuity.
You
owe me a duty of skill and care and in that you have failed. You burble on in a
menacing fashion that you still retain powers over me but fail to divulge those
powers. Probably because they do not amount to much but you want to keep me in
the dark for your purposes. Has it ever occurred to you that were you straight
with the regulated the regulated would be much more straight with you.
You
request my co-operation yet you are gratuitously rude to me telling me by which
date my response should be in. Have you ever in the time I have been regulated
had occasion to chase me for any requested information? I normally reply to
your letters by retum or within 48 hours and you repay such courtesy with your
impertinent demands. Fine way of securing my co-operation!
What
I want from you is a clear statement as to what powers you think you have
retained over me and the financial implications as they apply to this matter,
i.e. the two cases of the Woodhouses.
Yours sincerely
K.D.BOYD.
