Simon Mansell established Temple Bar in order to offer clients independent, impartial advice in recognition that the more discerning client should not be restricted to the products of only one provider. Simon is a graduate with a BA (Hons) degree in Law, a member of the Life Insurance Association by diploma MLIA (dip), a member of the Association of Independent Financial Advisers AIFA and is certificated in financial planning by the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Simon's career in financial services dates back to 1979 when he purchased a Composite Life Office Agency. In 1984 Simon joined a leading National Financial Services Company. Of the 14 years service with this Company, 11 were served as a member of an elite high producers forum. In 1998 Simon applied for and was accepted for membership of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an international association representing the top 6% of Life Insurance Professionals worldwide.

Born in Wales in 1956, married with two young children and living in Worcester.
